Puerto Princesa transfer is at 7000/one way (private van) for 1-10 persons. Pick up will be waiting outside the airport with guest's name on a signboard. Once confirmed, cancellation is only accepted 24hrs prior arrival.

Good day. Thank you for your patience. Lio Airport is 25minutes to the property. We offer transfer services with the following fees: From Lio Airport: 1500/one way for 2-4 persons 1800/one way for 5-8 persons, and 2000 for 9-12 persons Thank you.

do you accept guest for september bookings and what documents do you require?

We are accepting bookings for September. We require booking confirmation and ID. Due to the pandemic, temperature checks are also being implemented and pls make sure that you have all the LGU requirements for tourists when you come to El nido.

Hi! How far is the beach?

Hi!The closest beach is Corong Corong beach, which is 5mins walk from the property. Vanilla beach and El Nido Town/ El Nido port is less than 10mins tricycle ride. Lio beach is 25 mins by car, Nacpan beach is 40mins, while Duli beach is 50mins away.

May I ask if this hotel is already accredited by DOT? Also do you accept american guests?

Yes. We are DOT accredited and can accept foreign guests.

How far from the beach? Is there a vehicle that can bring us to and from the beach? Do you have a vehicle that can fetch us from yhe airport?

We are located on a hill, so the beach is not walking distance.You can take a trike to go to the beaches. We dont have vehicles to bring you there bec our road is inaccessible for cars at the moment. We can arrange airport transfer for you.

Which will be the nearest airport for your location? planning during august end ,since it’s the wet season, island hopping tours will be available?

The nearest airport is Lio (El nido) Airport. It is 20-25mins away from the property. Island tours are still available.

Good day. We have decent wifi connection. We are NOT beachfront. We are located on a hill facing Corong Corong bay. We are a 5minute walk to Corong Corong beach, and a 10-minute tricycle ride to El Nido Town and Vanilla Beach. Nacpan beach is 40mins

Yes, the tub also has hot water.

We area a big family group of 30, can you accommodate us all?

Yes. Each villa (Joglos and Studios) have a maximum capacity of 4 pax and one 2BR pool Villa that can accommodate 6 to 8 pax

Beautiful views - would not have stayed anywhere else in El Nido town.

The most beautiful views of El Nido from the villas and the main pool. Villas are beautiful and loved staying here. It is very steep to walk up and down to the villas and to get to the main street so they supply a driver to help get you around, which is very helpful. Staff were very friendly and happy to help with any queries or requests.

There was a (strong) funny smell in our room which we discovered was a dead animal and it was then removed but the smell was very strong and should have been picked up by the staff. We were not compensated until we asked to be, which we were very grateful for as they then provided a driver to our next destination for free.

Amazing views to El Nido beach Rooms were nicely decorated and comfortable Very clean Nice location: 15min drive from center Shuttle service to the center and airport Friendly staff

Overall i loved the staff, but they could still improve. Sometimes they would forget small requests, not sure it was bad communication. The intercom at the entry wouldn’t work most of the times (we had to wait at night a couple of minutes before anyone came to pick us up). One of the drivers was very rude and never replied when we talked to him.

Best place to stay in El Nido, for sure

Super spacious and comfortable villa, amazing view! We loved the villa, The Internet wasn't great for Zoom meetings but manageable. Staff were very accommodating and friendly. Location was perfect - above all the craziness with a fantastic panorama.

The breakfast was mediocre... I didn't like that we realised we over-paid for the Boat trip that we booked through the hotel. It wasn't anything special, given that the next day we travelled with a different tour operator for the same money and it was 10000s times better. So that was kind of disappointing, felt cheated. Also, the transfer to the airport is unnecessarily expensive as well, given that everything there is extremely cheap.

This was by far my favorite stay I’ve booked on booking.com! We booked a villa for 5 people. The views from the villa were absolutely stunning! We had a private pool that overlooked the ocean with the best views of el nido! The villa was so cozy & clean with plenty of space ! Oh & comfy beds! They even provided a whole jug of water for us! We would’ve just been happy staying in this villa our whole trip … lol But of course we had to explore the rest of el Nido! The staff at El Nido were so friendly and helpful and truly made us feel like family! You guys have the best staff! Lester at the front desk was always available if we had question ! It was easy to communicate via WhatsApp with him! Karuna has their own transport which made things very convenient! We were able to set up airport pick up and rides to and from town and vanilla beach! We appreciate our driver Bendy! He was very kind and even drove us as closer villa when it was dark at night ! The food & drinks and Karuna were delicious & we ate many meals there ! We booked a nightly massage at our villa which was one of the best massages ever-highly recommend! The location is great too! Less than 10 mins from town!

Everything exceeded our expectations at Karuna - 100% recommend this place! We booked very last minute and were not expecting such a fantastic property. The most beautiful view from the infinity pool that we oculd just stare at for hours. The room was awesome with a private bathtub, outdoor shower and amazing views, beautiful room. Very convenient transit back and forth from town in a few minutes - like our own personal taxi service! The staff were so friendly from check in all the way through. Stay here! Great value for money.

Beautiful, great experience, but could use some smiles

The property is amazing, the views are great, the food very well priced for the type of property. Breakfast was very good too.

Since the property is on a steep hill, you need to figure out how to get into it and away, they offer a transport to the town, which is great (but if you go a different way or slightly further be prepared to pay premium price 3 times the tuktuk price), but if you want to grab a tricycle back to the hotel they can’t make it up the hill. You can call them to pick you up downstairs as long as you have network down there, which we didn’t for some reason. They have a bell downstairs but it didn’t work. So we were stuck twice downstairs waiting for some to pick us up, the first time when we arrived with all our bags. If you have a scooter your absolutely fine to come in and out, and the property can help you rent one. The staff would have been perfectly fine if it wasn’t for the fact that we had been in the Philippines for 2 weeks already and we’ve experienced how friendly Filipinos are. In such place we expected at least that type of friendliness and willingness to help but we did not get that feeling. Not sure what it was but we felt like we were bothering the front desk staff. Especially since it’s considered a pricey choice for the Philippines you’d expect better attention and a bit more smiles.

fantastic views! the staff were fantastic. in Particular Anjie went out of her way to make sure we had the best time in

this property has exceptionally beautiful views due to the fact it is nestled on the side of a forest covered hill and looks out over the ocean. the staff are the other highlight of this property. nothing is too much trouble and they go out of their way to make your stay special.

not ideal if you would like to walk into the main town.

incredible views, great customer service

views overlooking the sea, islands and town. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. Great location. Excellent customer service. Sarifa made us feel like at home, helped us organise breakfast and transportation so that we could go ahead with our planned activities hassle free. organising transportation from and to town was as easy as getting in touch with the front desk on the phone. Everything was very easy and got support throughout our stay. views from the restaurant and the pool are magical and the food was great too. Karuna will be my top recommendation for anyone wanting to visit El Nido. Karuna has been built on a hill and you can see that the property is property maintained and taken care of.

Quiet stay with beautiful views

Quiet and out of town but you can walk to El Nido town in 20 mins. they also have free shuttle. We loved the location and views and took photos. There is a beach at the bottom of the road and cross the road, but we preferred the hotel pool and used the pool a few times. The room was spacious and clean and we used the balcony for quiet time. There is an outdoor shower and 1 tucked away from view so best of both worlds.

Not for those who want to be in centre of town and walk everywhere. We liked the 20 min walk into town and did it twice and the shuttle took us into town many times over our 7 day stay. Be prepared to use stairs to your bungalow and up to breakfast as it is built on side of steep hill. We liked it but others may not.

We had a great time!

The villa (studio 2) and the views were simply amazing. fast repliers when we needed support and very convenient transport service to the city. friendly staff.

The location is not the best and we didn’t like the breakfast… The bread and the coffee weren’t very good.

Fantastic stay - thoroughly recommend the Villa.

The staff were exceptional, particularly Anjie. The locations, facilities and food were excellent.

The only criticism would be the signage to the Villa entrance road is difficult to see at night. This caused our driver to miss the entrance several times late at night.

Wow! Definitely stay here in El Nido!

Beautiful views, large room, excellent staff, great included breakfast, not overcrowded. Felt like a private villa with free transportation within 5 minutes of telling the front desk. So easy. Definitely would stay here again without a doubt.

The wifi was sometimes spotty. For people with mobility issues, this would not be the place. The a/c was not strong enough, so the room was probably 75 at the coldest. Great for a group of friends to stay a few or a couple, but very few negatives.

My stay at Karuna was awesome and I would recommend it!

I like how we got there on our first day. We asked to get picked up at the airport and stopped by at the office to sign a few papers and to get to know the staff. They take you their restaurant and give you your welcome drinks while they load up all your stuff and drop it off in your room. The Karuna’s staff are great and friendly! I like them a lot.
